Sandfly Marketing Inc. was pleased to partner with the Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta as the first community in Alberta to follow in the footsteps of the Calgary Top 7 Over 70 Awards. The award celebrates the remarkable achievements of 7 individuals who have made significant contributions to their respective fields after the age of 70.
Founded in 2017 by Jim Gray, Calgary philanthropist, these awards recognize outstanding accomplishments in areas such as science, literature, philanthropy, agriculture, sports, arts & culture, and public service. The awards demonstrate the ongoing impact of seasoned individuals who defy age norms, shape our world, and continue to inspire.
Each award honours a diverse range of talents, from groundbreaking scientific discoveries to influential literary works or exemplary humanitarian efforts. The Top 7 Over 70 Awards not only applaud remarkable accomplishments but also serve as an inspiration for generations to come, emphasizing that age is not a barrier to innovation, creativity, and positive societal impacts.
