As Sales Manager, Richard’s role is to engage in many different aspects of business including Sales, Business Solutions and Marketing.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he has extensive experience in Hardware and Software products including, but not limited to: Servers, Networking, Data/Storage, VOIP, MSP, Cloud and Virtualization.
Richard has a special ability to articulate complicated issues into clear and concise solutions. He is driven to provide an exceptional level of customer experience with integrity and honesty.

Andrew (or Andy) has been with Memory Lane since 2011 and is well versed in current technology trends and is always willing to go the extra mile to meet his customer’s expectations.
He specializes in Apple products (selling and fixing) as he is an Apple iOS qualified Technician. Andy is also well versed in custom gaming machines.

Tyler has been with Memory Lane since 2014 and is persistent in specializing to find that perfect computer for your home or business.
He is patient and knowledgeable and versed in both Windows and Apple computers.
